Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MADE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
